About the Yoga Instructor, Rhonda The peace, calm and acceptance of self that Rhonda found on the yoga mat began to translate outside of the studio as she continued to pursue her practice. In 2019, Rhonda completed Yoga Teacher Training while living in Seattle. Through a uniquely sequenced vinyasa flow set to creative music, Rhonda strives to meet each person where they are with love and compassion.
