Strike-a-Pose "In or Out" of a Chair
with Vivian

This class will incorporate the use of a chair as a means to access a pose or to "go deeper into a pose.  Appropriate for all levels...beginners to the more experienced.  Each class will be geared to meet the needs of the class members. 

Vivian will  take you through various yoga poses with careful attention to offering options, modifications, use of props, etc. to create choices for everyone to practice in the best way possible and available to each individual ....reminding us that this is "yoga practice " not "yoga perfect".

We are here to support each other and share a compassionate space to get what we need for ourselves and our bodies.
