Yoga for Healing - a dedicated practice for anyone touched by breast cancer. October is
Breast Cancer Awareness Month and I am a breast cancer survivor. Yoga has been an integral part of my healing and I am profoundly grateful. This class is open to all whether you have had breast cancer yourself or know someone who has.
All are welcome. We will move mindfully with an emphasis on exploring shoulder mobility along with heart and chest opening shapes that lead to expansion, recovery, and healing. The flow of the class will include movement in the Hatha and Vinyasa style, restorative asana, and end with a yoga nidra practice to soothe the nervous system.
