While Paula leads you in an hour long deep stretching “Yin” class, Alisa accompanies with Tibetan Singing Bowls and playing a handpan.

Please note: If you have an active Membership or Class Card then this amount will automatically contribute to the cause & register you for the class. No need to contribute further unless your heart desires. This class promises to be truly restorative.

Alisa Muzyka-Thompson is a Sound therapist born in Zaporizhzhie ,Ukraine 🇺🇦, since 2014 lived in Kyiv, arrived here safely from the Ukraine in January of 2022. Alisa has family remaining in Ukraine that need our help. Alisa will send proceeds from this class directly to her family & friends. Come meet her on Sunday!
