Not Sure About Pilates? Are you Pilates Curious?
We are partnering with our new neighbor Pilates & Custom Fitness to introduce you to Pilates. This is a 45 minute class, please arrive at 4:30 pm to Sweet Peace Yoga with time to settle in and meet Shannon & Heather. We will finish by 5:30 pm. This is a mat-based Pilate's class using body weight, bands, and props (like the infamous magic circle!) to build core strength, endurance, and flexibility. Great for all levels!
