Membership Policy: Your membership will be charged each month. Please notify us 14 days in advance, if you wish to pause or cancel your membership. Memberships include unlimited in-person classes. Workshops, Special Events and Private Sessions are priced separately.
NEW POLICY: PLEASE make any cancellations at least 12 hours before class time to allow someone time to sign-up for your spot. If you late cancel or do not show for a class then a $15 Cancellation Fee will be charged to your Credit Card on file.
Why $108 ?
108 is considered an auspicious and sacred number. Auspicious is defined as giving or being a sign of future success. After the past year, we are all ready for an auspicious year. The number 108 shows up frequently in math, nature, and yoga. 108 is also divisible by the sum of its digits 1 + 0 + 8 = 9 hence 108 divided by 9 = 12. In nature, the diameter of the sun is 108 times that of the earth, and the distance from the sun to the earth is 108 times the diameter of the sun. The distance of the moon from the earth is 108 times the diameter of the moon. In yoga, the heart chakra converges along 108 energy lines. There are 108 Mala beads on a prayer chain. Traditionally, we practice 108 sun salutations during the Summer Solstice and Winter Solstice.
