YOGA + PUPPIES

The class will begin at 9:00 a.m. The puppies will be available to visit with from 8:30-10:30 a.m.
Suggested Arrival:

Tickets are on a sliding scale from $20 - 80* (You choose the amount you want to give)
*$20 Minimum per person. You may pay more to donate to Stray Rescue or if you are bringing a guest. Please Text Liz at (314) 582-8874 with your guest(s) name(s).

What to Bring?
•Bring your mat and/or a large beach towel.
•Wear layers as there will hopefully be a drop in temperatures.
•Bring a water bottle
What if it's raining?
We are crossing our fingers that we can be outside with the puppies, but in the case of rain we will crowd inside the KPAC.
Where do the puppies come from?
All of the puppies are rescue pups from Stray Rescue. Their Foster families bring their adoptable & adorable puppies and we will try to practice yoga. We plan for about 10 puppies, but there is no guarantee, because they're puppies...
What if I need to cancel?
Please let us know if you can’t make it, but there will not be refunds since this is a Charity Event.
Please keep your own pets home during this event. There is no obligation to adopt a puppy, so don't let that keep you away. At our very 1st Yoga + Puppies Event in 2021, Christy adopted "Kippur" and now Christy's business "Consider it done!" is a sponsor.
We are partnering with Stray Rescue of St. Louis for this Event on Saturday, October 3, 2026.
