The End of Summer Splash: Flow & Frequency

Unwind with us on Thursday evening, September 24 at 7:00 PM for a special poolside class at the home of Anne & Paul Loida.

We will begin with a golden-hour yoga flow with Maggie, followed by a restorative sound bath by Liz as the Sun 🌅 sets.  This class will be held offsite at 324 W Jefferson Ave, located 2 blocks up the street from Sweet Peace.

Please bring your mat and a towel/blanket.  We will have blocks available poolside. 

Following the class, feel free to jump into the pool for our End of Summer Splash!
